In the event of commercial sale of previously public spaces in Stockholm - Tensta Gymnasium and Tensta Community House - we commissioned a global real-estate consultancy firm WSP to make an extensive market analysis of these pieces of property - listing their strengths and weaknesses strictly from the point of view of investment & development strategy. We turned the document into a sound work exhibited in the Konsthall alongside photographs of the buildings in question.
